<description>Thanks for leaving a comment Rebekah.

I hear you, but no matter what some people will just whine and complain. It must make them feel better.

<description>I am always amazed at subscribers that get freaked out from email auto responders- like what is the big deal- even if they could not opt out, which of course aweber and get response type systems require, they could not just delete the simple email?? Why get all annoyed over something so simple! Like we don't get 200+ emails per day we don't want anyways!</description>

		<description>Hi Mark,

Thanks for leaving a comment. I saw JB's post. I have not implemented the suggestion yet but it doesn't sound like a bad idea. I do notice I get some kind of spam complaint report from aweber periodically. I should check and see how many of the complaints are from free email addresses. I did check the email address of this particular stupid person and it was not a freebie email address. There's nothing wrong with freebie email addresses though. I use them too. They have their place.

<description>Shucks, 100 degrees in the shade must be getting to you guys ;-)

Seriously, what do you think of JB's recent blog entry about filtering out the freebie email addresses from the list responders you use?

<description>Thanks for the comment Aaron. For a second I thought about giving them the contact information to the FTC too...but that would have meant contacting them like you say so I didn't waste any more time with it.

		<description>Hey Robert,

I have a number of stories about stupid people. So many I could probably write a book about them. Sometimes it's best to let them stay in their own little world.

I was going to tell you to send them a link to the FTC, but that would require contacting them which they opted-out of. :)

		<description>Todd,

I know what you mean. As long as there are people in the world, a certain percentage of them will be stupid and there's nothing we can do to change that...but we can do things to deal with them less...or preferably not deal with them at all.

<description>Robert as I read your post I was in total agreement. I received an email from a current/former list subscriber who was upset about the download link being broken. (NOT)
Its amazing that these people have the mindset of something for nothing and even when its right in front of them they launch the "I SUE YOU" tirade to try to get what they want. But its already right before them. I can't read it for them to. You know what I mean.

Regards,
Todd
