If your first thought about what day it is involves “hump day,” I’ll bet you have a job. I often don’t know what day it is. I’ll literally have to look at a calendar to figure it out. Actually I just put my mouse over the clock at the bottom right of my screen and it will tell me what day of the week it is.
Back when I had a job I not only knew what day it was, I knew what minute it was…and how many minutes until lunch or quitting time too.
Recently I was talking to my mother. She was going to help my sister move. The trip required a plane flight and I’m allergic to physical labor so I didn’t participate.
Anyway, the day before my mother was leaving I asked what I thought was an innocent question about my sister: “Is she taking the day off from work tomorrow?” My mother looked at me like I was nuts. She said “Robert, tomorrow is Saturday.” Oh, so it is. How could I be so stupid?
When you learn how to make money online and don’t have a job to go to everyday, you probably won’t know what day it is either. Tuesday? Saturday? It’s all pretty much the same to me.
You won’t live for the weekend anymore. You’ll probably not like the weekend as much as you used to because all the people with jobs are out clogging up the roads, stores, golf courses and everything else.
Not only that but you’ll pay more to deal with these crowds. How backwards is that? I think twice about weekend golf anymore. Why would I pay $60 or more to play a frustrating 5 hour round on Saturday when I can pay $30 to play a 3 hour round on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday.
The luxury of living “off peak” is just another advantage of mastering the skill of making money online.
