Some say that article submission is a dying practice, do you think that this is true?
[No way. Submitting articles works. If someone is trying to tell you article submissions don't build links, increase rankings, and drive traffic to your sites, then I wouldn't listen to anything else they say either because they don't know what they're talking about.]
